Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very accommodating staff. The location was ideal for my trip, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located for our visit to Merced, making it perfect for our needs. It was fairly convenient, but the proximity to the noisy freeway and train route was a major downside, leading to a very noisy stay. The service was impressive, feeling like dining at a four-star restaurant, with the staff being nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, providing a descent rest from a long day of driving and playing in the snow. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, with pricey non-complimentary options and below-par food quality.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were bright, new, spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, making it a great place to unwind. The service was wonderful and very personable, especially from the young lady in the Bistro. The location was kept amazingly spotless and fairly convenient for my travels. The dining experience was a little disappointing as I expected more variety in the menu, but overall a good stay.
